Understanding investor views and their impact on satisfaction levels in the Sukanya Samriddhi scheme

Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to Understanding Investor Views and Their Impact on Satisfaction Levels in The Sukanya Samriddhi Scheme.Design/Methodology: For our research objectives, we selected six variables (Trust and Reliability, Financial Benefits, Ease of Use, Account Management, Interest Rate and Returns, and Communication and Information), comprising 24 items. A total of 200 individuals participated in the questionnaire survey, out of which 150 responses were completed and deemed reliable. Therefore, the study's total sample size was 150, chosen randomly from the population. Both Amos and SPSS software were employed to validate the model and test hypotheses.Findings: The study revealed that there is a significant impact of the Ease-of-Use factor that has significantly affected Communication and Information In this case we are rejecting the null hypothesis and rest of the case we are accepting the null hypothesis.
