Abstract: The Banking sector is the strong pillar of our economy and banks play a pivotal role in the stability and growth of the Indian Economy. In the context of India's rapidly evolving banking landscape, this research paper delves into a comprehensive comparative analysis of two major players, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank, with the primary objective of assessing their financial performance. These two institutions, characterized by their Pan-Indian presence and diverse banking products, have been instrumental in shaping the country's banking industry over the years.
